This colloid is then further refined by adding ethylene oxide and other chemicals, resulting in a superior product. etherification process. By precisely controlling production parameters, we produce high-quality Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC).

This product appears as a white or light yellow powder, is non-toxic, and tasteless. It dissolves rapidly in both hot and cold water, while remaining insoluble in typical organic solvents. It boasts outstanding properties such as thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesion, stabilization, water retention, and film-forming capabilities. It also functions as a protective colloid in various products.
