Subsequently, ethylene oxide and other specific chemicals are introduced to the reaction, resulting in exceptional cellulose ether. etherificationThrough meticulous control of production parameters, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) is synthesized to perfection.

This product presents as a white or light yellow powder that is non-toxic and tasteless. It dissolves swiftly in both hot and cold water, yet remains insoluble in common organic solvents. It boasts superior qualities such as thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesion, stabilizing, water retention, and film-forming capabilities. Additionally, it serves as a protective colloid in various products.
