Product Description

ZONEHIB™ HEC is an innovative natural polymer material derived from cellulose. This raw cellulose reacts with sodium hydroxide to form a basic cellulose colloid, which is then processed with ethylene oxide and other chemicals. This results in an efficient etherification process,controlled by precise production parameters to yield high-quality Hydroxyethyl Cellulose.

ZONEHIB™ HEC appears as a white or light yellow powder, is non-toxic and tasteless, and dissolves swiftly in both hot and cold water. While it's insoluble in most organic solvents, it boasts remarkable properties such as thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesion, stabilizing, water retention, and film forming. Additionally, it serves as a protective colloid in various applications.
