ZONEHIB™ HEC is a premium natural polymer material derived from cellulose. The raw cellulose reacts with sodium hydroxide to form a basic cellulose colloid. Subsequently, ethylene oxide and other select chemicals are introduced into the reaction to meticulously craft etherification. Through controlled production parameters, we produce top-quality Hydroxyethyl Cellulose.

This superb product appears as a white or light yellow powder, non-toxic and tasteless. It can swiftly dissolve in both hot and cold water, yet remains insoluble in common organic solvents. ZONEHIB™ HEC boasts outstanding properties such as thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesion, stabilizing, water retention, and film forming. Additionally, it serves as a protective colloid in various applications, offering remarkable versatility.
