ZONEHIB™ HEC is a premium natural polymer derived from cellulose, which undergoes a sophisticated reaction with so dium hydroxide to form a basic cellulose colloid. Subsequently, e thylene oxide and other essential chemicals are meticulously added to the reaction. This process is known as etherification.Through precise control of production parameters, we produce top-tier Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC).

Our HEC appears as a white or light yellow powder. It is non-toxic, tasteless, and dissolves swiftly in both hot and cold water. Insoluble in typical organic solvents, it boasts excellent thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesive, stabilizing, water retention, and film-forming properties. Additionally, it serves as a protective colloid in various applications.
