Product Description

ZONEHIB™ HEC is derived from natural polymer material cellulose. Starting with a reaction with sodium hydroxide to create a basic cellulose colloid, ethylene oxide and other chemicals are then meticulously introduced to achieve precise etherification. etherificationBy meticulously controlling production parameters, we produce premium Hydroxyethyl Cellulose.

Our HEC is a white or light yellow powder that is non-toxic, tasteless, and quickly dissolvable in both hot and cold water. It remains insoluble in most organic solvents and boasts superior thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesive, stabilizing, water retention, and film-forming properties. It can also serve as a protective colloid in various products.
