Product Description

ZONEHIB™ HEC is a premium natural polymer derived from cellulose, which undergoes a reaction with sodium hydroxide to form a basic cellulose colloid. Subsequently, ethylene oxide and other fine chemicals are introduced into the reaction, resulting in etherification. Through meticulous control of production parameters, the superior Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) is crafted.

This product appears as a white or light yellow powder, non-toxic, and tasteless. It dissolves effortlessly in both hot and cool water while being insoluble in common organic solvents. It boasts exceptional properties including thickening, dispersing, emulsifying, adhesion, stabilization, water retention, and film formation. Additionally, it serves as an effective protective colloid in various applications.
